Woman charged with murdering Vermont cyclist altered her appearance and used aliases while on the run

Kaitlin Marie Armstrong, 34, was located in Costa Rica and taken into custody, police said. Armstrong has been charged in the shooting death of 25-year-old Anna Moriah Wilson, a top cyclist from Vermont.

Two people are in custody related to the shooting, police said Wednesday afternoon. Detectives are carrying out a court-ordered search warrant at the residence of those detained, they said.
