Gov. Peter Shumlin and Lt. Gov. Phil Scott announced that the Richelieu port of entry to Lake Champlain is now open to Canadian boaters entering Vermont. The Canada Border Services Agency had delayed the opening of the port of entry until this week because of Richelieu River flooding.
